Paul Plaeger is a licensed realtor in the state of Louisiana and a Broker Associate for EPIQUE Realty. Paul Plaeger was born and raised in the New Orleans metropolitan area. He graduated from Holy Cross High School, completed a wide array of studies and certification programs at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, the Culinary Institute of New Orleans and the University of New Orleans, where he also graduated. Throughout his college years, Paul held various positions within the local Hospitality industry. After graduation, he held several, high profile, management positions with some of the largest restaurant operators in the United States; firms that ultimately wanted him to relocate to other areas of the country. His love for New Orleans, its diverse heritage and its people, were the catalysts for him to investigate those local opportunities that would allow him to stay in this area, while also satisfying his love for dealing with people. When Paul was approached by EPIQUE Realty, one of the most agent-centric and only AI certified national brokerages in the New Orleans’ area, a perfect union was in the making. Paul genuinely believes that his total adherence to ethical practices and his commitment to the highest level of professionalism are not mutually exclusive to representing his clients’ best interests, whether they be emotional, personal, practical, or financial.
